83% of all donations go directly to programs on the ground. The remaining 17% covers essential costs like transport, local staff, and financial audits. We publish a full annual report with expense breakdowns every March.

We’re fully registered with the NGO Bureau of Uganda. Our financials are audited annually by an independent firm and available on our "Transparency" page. You can also visit our office in Kampala any weekday.

Yes, we are a registered NGO in Uganda. For international donors, we have 501(c)(3) partners in the UAE and Gift Aid eligibility in the UK. You’ll receive an email receipt immediately after donating for your records.

Sometimes. We accept new school supplies, medical supplies, and clothing at our Kampala office. For large donations, please contact us first. In most cases, cash is better because we buy items locally to support the economy and save on shipping.

We have roles for all skill levels and time commitments. Options include weekend community outreaches, remote work like graphic design or translation, and professional pro-bono help. Fill out the form on our "Volunteer" page and our coordinator will reach out within 3 days

Yes. On the donation page, select "Clean Water," "Education," or "Healthcare" from the dropdown. If you choose "Where Needed Most," we direct it to the most urgent need. For gifts over $1,000, we can discuss specific project funding.
